SP IT Support by SP Marketplace is out-of-the-box IT Support solution that includes an IT help desk, change management, IT Asset tracking, calendar, discussions and technical documents management. An End User portal (MyIT) makes it easy for end-users to submit tickets, access a knowledge base, documents and training links. Tickets can also be submitted by email and web form. It is 100% customizable by business power users and is built on “native” SharePoint and Office 365.

This is a cost-effective approach for small- to medium-size organizations that wish to leverage SharePoint to provide a full function portal for their IT Department. SP Help Desk runs on Office 365 SharePoint Online or On-premise deployment.

Extremely cost effective, considering what is included.

It is highly configurable, Role driven, includes a Knowledge base, Contains a ticketing system, can be internal or external to clients, includes asset management and Lansweeper as an option. Users see only what is necessary while it staff can have a form that represents what they need to know. Quick acceptance, .through out the organization..

Support desk function

The support desk feature is meeting the client's requirements and it was very cost effective. More important it allowed us to move our solution forward.
