Unable to view Calendar Plus on a Web Part page
I've used this web part on teamsite pages with no issue, but I have been unable to use a Bamboo Calendar Plus web part on a web part page successfully.
Everything appears fine to the creator but no one else can view the calendar. Clicking on a URL to the Web Part Page returns a 404 to all users except the creator. We're still trying to figure out how to resolve this issue.
A few minor issues
This is a big improvement over the native SharePoint Gantt chart object.
I'm setting it up so that we can schedule scientific instruments for about 20 analysts.
File Version: 18.104.22.168
It has an okay look when sorted.
It hides the base list and associated views so that you have to go through the Site Management to get to them.
It doesn't use the filter ordering, so I can't present it in an arbitrary initial state.
Colour Coded Appointments
Great for making your shared Calendar more useable on SharePoint. The benefit of being able to colour code similar types of appointments makes it a purchase worth making.
Senior SharePoint Consultant
Used in conjuction with the List Rolup you can build great calendar applications inside SharePoint
Good add on, but still lacking
As a consultant I have offered this solution to many clients wanting to do calendar roll ups. This is easier and chaeper than paying a developer. Plus you get support and it has gone through a few versions allreday.
Use filters in calendars
Use roll ups in calendars
Easy to figure out
No ability to make alterations to the code
A lot of options for end users - Confusing
Great tool and users like it
I would definitely recommend this product.
Wish they would let me roll up more than 1 BDC calendar

Also, although the client-side configuration is pretty good, using the web-part programatically is difficult, not well documented, and not all properties that are configurable on the client side are exposed as public properties or methods in the API.
