This looks working perfect when in trial.
Not so expensive.
In a production environment, when someone makes a double booking, whole booking system stops.
Not sure if they fixed this issue,
We asked this vendor for this issue to fix, they asked another $$$$ to fix their issue. - ridiculous as we used to have a valid support contract.
We wasted over $1000 US dollar and abandoned this S/W and back to Exchange meeting room.

Be very careful with this S/W and don't waste your money and time on this unprofessional software.

Seems that you did not follow the instructions. When the double Booking checking occurs you need to instruct your users either to delete or to cancel the pop up. See the articel here:

it works fine for us. You should better read the instructions and start reading the installation guide and the Help.

Agreed. This is a very unprofessional and rude company. They will do whatever it takes to sell you a product, which is amateur at best. It has not worked, and their support is non-existent. They REFUSE to speak to you on the phone, ask you to install remote software to control your computer, then their only solution is to "upgrade" to a new version rather than fix the one you have already bought, and installed.

We told them we don't need all the features of a new version and just want our current version to work. They disconnected our online session, and emailed me back: "We stop here! THANK YOU".

This company should be shut down....STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
