Board Papers enables organizers to create agendas in SharePoint and associate documents with each agenda item to create electronic board packs.
Using iPads or Windows devices and the Board Papers simple and intuitive interface, board members can access agendas, documents and voting features in an intuitive manner without the need for training. Documents are automatically downloaded to the board meeting attendees’ iPad. Permissions set in SharePoint ensure board packs are only provided to authorized meeting attendees. Additionally, updates are delivered the minute they’re available.
