The conference was extremely well organized. All the sessions were of high quality. The equipment used for presentation was of high calibre. The presentors were outstanding and very knowledgeable.
The presentation and the recorded sessions were uploaded into the site in a timely fashion.
The food, the kiosks available for internet access, all was thought about.
I learned a lot and returned with a much better understanding of what Sharepoint has to offer and what is required to make best use of it.
SPC 2011 was an excellent event overall. Fantastic sessions for developers and architects in particular. Excellent opportunity to network with people in the SharePoint community.
I look forward to seeing everyone at SharePoint events throughout 2012.
I think the topics were broad enough, but content could have been better and more interesting. Not everything can be answered with the number of environment variables, but there should be more depth in the development side anyway. For instance, if your doing this, try these different approaches and show examples, even if demonstrations are not really possible because of time constraints. It's great to hear what challenges others are having and get to talk about how other companies overcame challenges, but I don't really need to spend big money for that, I'll just buy the book thanks.
I can honestly say that this conference did not lose any momentum after the great success of SPC09. Another sell out filled with great sessions, great people and priceless networking opportunities. If you've never been to an MS SharePoint Conference, then you need to clear your schedule next year in Vegas for SPC12. You won't regret it!
