I love this web part. I put it on an admin page, with restricted access, and my endusers - the ones in charge of their sites - could create users to their hearts' content without bugging me. And we set it up so that they could also choose which sharepoint groups to put their newly created AD user in. They are happy they can create users, and I'm happy because they can create users.
