Workflow with PDF Converter

we are using folder structures within our library and so to convert and send the document to a library with the same structure we had to add another workflow component (Free from another site) to allow us to do string replace the library name in the source URL variable with the destination library URL variable. Once we figured this out it worked nicely.

| Pros | We had tried the origional whereby the PDF convert was only available from the dropdown on a document library... we needed more, then the lastest version arrived and its exactly what was needed. Works well and easy to implement. |

We use Muhimbi PDF converter in a WSS Publishing Scenario - automatically or manually converting documents from a content library to a published shadow library. The process is easy, reliable and rather quick & intuitive to set up with SPD Workflow Designer. If there is a problem or a question(mostly sharepoint related) Muhimbi reacts quick, fast and professional. Thanks Muhimbi!
