The Wireframe Theme for SharePoint 2010 converts a SharePoint site collection into a high fidelity prototype. The theme can be used in early usability testing - the gray, handwritten style makes it quite obvious for all users that the site is not yet finished. It also helps to focus on content and structure rarther than design and colors. The theme is delivered as a Sandbox solution and can therefore be installed by any site collection administrator.
