We used Outlook Business Contact Manager before, and this is like that for SharePoint!

Pros Simple to use, love the lead capture and conversion into opportunities, great for my team to get the total picture. Very easy to customize without programmers. Fit exactly what we needed. We use it with CCS Customer Service so we can share issue info across team.
Cons So customizable that we took some time to setup. Not product issue, just us wanting to add more and more.
