Poor Training and Service
0 of 1 people found the following review helpful
Course provided microphone never worked.
The computer labs did not work properly.
Class was beta level and was not advertised nor priced as such.
The manual has quite a few typos as well as inaccurate screen shots.
The introduction was verbose and seemed to be padded to increase course time.
It should have been billed as an introductory course, it was certainly not a power user course.
The instructor could not answer many questions asked of him and did not appear to know the material very well. He certainly did not appear to be a power user himself.
At $995, I expected something much better than I received.

COMPANY RESPONSE
This review is inaccurate. We did respond and in fact we quickly refunded the entire course fee.
Besides the cold weather and very heavy Take-Away materials (no CD for this course) the course was very well structured and organized.
The instructor is not only a gury in the subject but also a someone who has a lot of passion for teaching others.
The tips he gave will help us 'survive' in our professional life.
