The solution may, with all features activated, be deployed as a yourDCC site or individual features may be activated within existing SharePoint document libraries. Documents may be created within yourDCC enabled document libraries or may be imported using the yourDCC import function.
With yourDCC, documents may be attached to transmittals based on a distribution matrix that can be maintained within SharePoint or, via an Excel spreadsheet that can be loaded into the yourDCC distribution matrix.
