Features Overview
SharePoint Manager is a nice tool which targeted administrator and developers for their everyday tasks. It provides you almost the same functionality as SharePointSpy, but has a lot of information for infrastructure guys/administrators as well.

Great help for Admins
This is an excellent tool for visualizing how SharePoint is layed-out by Object model, as well as the bonus of being able to update many of the editable properties including Document Libray/List XML if needed.

Great Help for developers
I was able to use it in a work arround to change the workflow task content type from hidden to visible, to be able to inherit from it in the UI...
that plus being able to discover the sharepoint object GUID.
