Nice set of custom activities

Looks like this tool will cover 99% our needs regarding business workflows.

We tried the product out in our test environment and it’s OK for some new workflows related with our internal documents and nofifications.

creation a workflow without programming

There are a lot of new conditions and actions in full license but some of actions are free of charge and also "Limited license" allowed me to choose five additional actions. It allowed me to create necessary workflows without purchasing Full license which costs $1200

Pros 1. Easy deployment. Start a setup and list of workflow actions and conditions extends in few minutes.

2. "New" actions looks like basic one. There is no difference in use and I started to use it immediately after deploying without spending time to learn it.

3. common workflow components + free components from harepoint + "Limited license" allow me to create all required workflows.
Cons Visio starts slowly after adding new workflow components from harepoint. Support told me that it will be fixed soon but currently Visio starts during two minutes.
