The Weather Web Part displays the current weather plus a forecast for the next two days as provided by the Yahoo Weather RSS feed. The Web Part can be used both with Windows Sharepoint Services V3 and MOSS. The RSS feed is automatically cached by Sharepoint for 1 hour to avoid unnecessary traffic.
The following 2 parameters can be configured:
- Location: this includes international locations
- Temperature Units (Fahrenheit or Celsius)
