WebCon Security Event allows you to manage security permissions of lists and document libraries. Permission are automatically set based on templates and rules. Permissions for every new element can be configured by this web part automatically.
It is possible to manage permissions in four ways:
- Permissions always added – choose users which always will have access to elements on a chosen level
- Permissions based on column – security is managed based on column of list
- Permission based on category and external list – it is possible to create external list which will define security configuration
Security Event offers email notifications for added permissions to an element. Users can be notified about all security changes.
