vSEND add-on for SharePoint 2010 allows you to send emails directly from document library via Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Out-of-the-box SharePoint offers only sending a link to a file. With vSEND you can send documents from a SharePoint library directly as attachments without downloading and caching them on the local PC. After installing you will find the vSEND button in SharePoint-Ribbon-Menu of the SharePoint document library.

I pay for it only 190 $!

I think that the price here is wrong. I bought this product for 150€ so this is about 190 USD. This product is very nice if you need to send files from your ShaePoint library.
