The Time-Off Request Management (for CorasWorks Workplace Suite) application automates and tracks theprocess of submitting and approving time-off requests. It allowsemployees to submit and managers to approve or deny time-off requestsin real-time and online.
Employees can monitor and manage their ownPTO, vacation, and sick time.
Managers are informed of pending requestsvia email and can then review the request to make their approvaldecision. Approved requests can be published to an administrativecalendar allowing a manager to determine if adequate employee coverageis available for the specific time period.
A shared calendar is alsoavailable to allow employees to see who is out of the office. Thisapplication is easy to use and customize in order to meet the needs ofany department or organization.
